Would be great to use ssh private keys encrypted with a passphrase.
The package builder could ask for the passphrase at first login and/or store it in the settings.

Yes :-) - it is already on the list for some time. The problem is, I have time for nothing atm... but it is not forgotten!

Also if possible to work with a SSH Authentication Agent (eg. PAgent)?
