Describe the feature or problem

As webmaster I want to migrate the old site with all assets to a static landing page managed by the CMS.

Describe your proposed solution

We need to convert html by splitting the site into its respective elements (header, footer, sidebar/navbar/menu, content). The css and js code should be merged into pandastic, our theme.

Describe possible alternatives

We might consider using a dedicated plugin like HTML Import 2 (severely outdated!) instead.

Provide additional context

See Importing Content and How to Upload an HTML File for help.
