For CI purposes it would be nice to be able to run this tool in a pipeline where the flow is maintained as a template to produce documentation of a flow as an artifact or Jenkins report.

I have worked out how to open and parse the template file, I'm checking with nipyapi author to see if this is an upstream thing or not...
Will definitely do this.
