WHAT Needs to be Documented?

Documentation for OIDC with Azure seems to be incorrect, OAuth2 must be disabled for OIDC.

WHERE Does This Need To Be Documented (Link)?

WHY Should This Change Be Made?

This is confusing customers as here we say that OAuth2 must be disabled for OIDC.
