Currently, DMS-UI has two separate loaders, one for logging in, then another for when you access the Explorer page and try to load the Arranger project and its data.
If you login directly on the Explorer page, you will notice both loaders running back-to-back. The first will spin and say "logging in", then the second will appear after with the animation only.
This causes a bit of a choppy user experience. Enhancement is to replace these with a single global loading state.
