Enable two hander guns to be able to be dismounted without holstering

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A feature of being able to dismount with a gun in hand would be great, currently for example if you were to equip a combat pdw in a car it would state unable to use combat pdw but also if you were to walk and get into the car it would holster the weapon. If it was possible to get into a car with a two hander gun out or be able to pull the gun out of the car and to be able to exit the car with it still out would be wonderful

Be able to walk in a car with your two hander gun equipped and dismount out of the car with the gun still equipped but also be able to pull the gun out whilst in the car

Describe alternatives you've considered
It is possible to change the group of the weapon to something such as group_pistol in weapon metas but in doing this it would allow the two hander weapons to be used for pistol whipping without any form of pistol whipping script
