Describe the bug
Unable to connect via WalletConnect to a Safe

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to nouns.build
Connect
WalletConnect
Paste WC string into Safe
App doesn't pick up connection from Safe

Expected behavior
Should create an appropriate connection with the Safe to submit transactions.

Device

OS: Mac
Browser: Arc/Chrome
