Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When user wallet is connected, the current layout shows both a hamburger menu and a separate profile icon. With the new L2 network switcher component being added, the navbar will look very crammed and unrefined.

Describe the solution you'd like
Mobile

  1. When wallet is connected, replace hamburger menu icon with a generic Zorb or preset ENS pfp
  2. Move all navbar items into pfp dropdown

Desktop

  1. Move Visit testnet out of hamburger menu and into PFP dropdown (pfp now doubles as menu)
