Include pull request reviewers in contributors

Reviewing is just as valuable as writing code. We should recognize reviewers' efforts by including their GitHub username handles in the release notes.

I'd be careful as to include every reviewer since people often spam pull requests on larger projects providing no meaningful feedback. We may introduce some preliminary checks to make sure that the person has actually contributed to the pull request.
