Automatically update singup locations directly from signup sheet #1

Current system:

Data collected in signup form (private)
Data for singup location map which excludes any private information is manually copied to a public sheet

Instead of having two spreadsheets with data, we could possibly use the signup sheet directly if only certain columns can be exposed publicly.
