Good day,
I have been working with the osTicket tool but I have had a series of problems when sending emails from the system. When I want to enter the information of the authentication field found in the email area (Mailbox Setting) it returns the following message " annot login, user or password wrong" (this is presented in Outlook emails). I understand that this happens because of the email settings, but I don't know which specific setting.
