STATISTICS SHOWS 1 AS DEFAULT ON OS TICKETING

Hi I've been looking over the internet since yesterday for any possible solution on Statistics section of OS Ticketing. I was wondering if it's a bug or is there any way on how i can change how statistics shows each Help topic value. Even if I haven't created or no one have created a ticket on statistics it will show 1 as default and when I close the ticket Open ticket will still have a value of 1 and close will tagged 1. Can someone enlightened me or give any possible solution to this. Thank you so much.
