Addressee(To and Cc) in filter (autoassign) not working in osticket #889

If we filter the tickets by giving the email id in the To area by using Manage->Ticket Filters and i autoassign the tickets to some person.The tickets are received in the admin panel not assigned to anyone.Can anyone hep me to sort out this issue??.

What version of osTicket are you using?

i am using os ticket 1.9.1 right now but this issue is in all the versions of os ticket tool.

You do realize this is the repo for osTicket 1.7, right?
