How can I use dynamic emits?

I want to be able to define the name of my emitters using the actions property. I had no problems with this in Vue 2 🤔

I have been waiting for a solution to this issue for a long time: vuejs/rfcs#204. I'm slowly starting to doubt it, but at least I'm asking for the option to turn off this warning 🙏.
