Support for modifying picom config

Hey all, I desperately needed to figure out how to change the focus opacity changes, so I went searching for any file with picom in it and discovered the picom.conf file under /usr/share/regolith-look/.

In here i modified the following lines:

# Dim inactive windows. (0.0 - 1.0)
# inactive-dim = 0.1; <-- Commented out
# Do not let dimness adjust based on window opacity.
inactive-dim-fixed = false; <-- Changed to false

fading = false; <-- Changed to false

Changing these obviously fixed things, however this doesn't seem like a good way to actually handle this due to theme switching, etc.

I'm wondering if there is an official way to do this. Thanks all!
