Different palx demo site

Under the Extend or replace colors section of you docs you mention palx as a color palette generator. The palx demo site has not been maintained for a bit, and has some broken features: jxnblk/palx#22 . A bit ago I rewrote the demo site in Svelte: https://palx-pwa.pages.dev/. If you like this, I can make a PR to change the url in the docs to this site. I claim no credit to the creation of palx, but I think my site is a bit better than the original demo.
