Copy files to a new folder with identical files

Sometimes a file with the same name is already there but is still different from size. (or date) These files should be handled differently so that the user is asked if he wants to keep the newer or the older or both - but still skip files which are completely identical. Even these settings could be asked before you start the copy operation.
