How to transfer data from android phone emulator to android wear emulator after pairing them or how to sync them together ?

After pairing the phone and wear emulators using companion app, when I run tns run android, the app is shown only in one of the devices is there a way to see it in both emulators ? Also how can we transfer data from android phone emulator to wear emulator. We will change the UI for the android watch. This is possible in ios, can we do this with android ?
