'[TxRxResult] There is no status packet!'

Hi. The development has been proceeding smoothly since my last question, but suddenly I am getting errors in the most rudimentary areas.
Even the simplest xslocobot_control.launch gives me an error and I cannot proceed.
Here is the information related to the error.

What I have tried

I followed the xsarm troubleshooting.
I checked the power cable unplug/replug and the USB cable and other cables plugged in and found no abnormalities.
When I plugged in the power cable, the red light on each motor came on for about 1 second. I confirmed that all motors were responding, so it seems to be energized.
The U2D2 LED is lit red.
I installed Dynamixel Wizard 2.0 and ran a scan, but none of the motors were detected. (This is the strangest part.

ttyDXL

The usb seems to be recognized as shown above.

It seems to me that there is a problem between the motor and the U2D2, but I don't know how to solve it.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

• Try plugging the U2D2 into other ports on the computer or even a different computer and run the Dynamixel Wizard again.
• Run continuity tests between the 3-pin connectors on the cable running between the U2D2 and the first motor.

I tried plugging the U2D2 into another ports but the result of Dynamixel Wizard was same. Also tried the scanning with my windows computer but nothing changed.

Run continuity tests between the 3-pin connectors on the cable running between the U2D2 and the first motor.

I am not specialized in mechanical or electronic engineering and do not know how to do continuity tests. Could you give me some information on how to do it?

couple of things I tried.

1. Unplug the wx200 arm from power hub and run scanning in dynamixel wizard. (try to scan just one motor which is used for pan& tilt)
2. replace the 3pin connector between U2D2 and power hub with a connector which was used in wx200 (try replacing with 2 connectors)

Also in these cases the both dynamixel wizard in locobot's nuc and my windows computer did not detect the motor.

I have secured a budget and will purchase a new cable, power hub, and U2D2 to try to solve the problem. If this does not fix the problems, please let me contact you again for further advice. Thanks in advance for your help.
