How to calculate detailed energy consumption (timestep of 1s or less) while deploying or destroying infrastructure on AWS?

Hi all,

In our team we would like to be able to calculate the energy used by our software deployment on AWS to adapt our practice.

We use Terraform and I would be very keen to know how much energy is used to build our development environments and destroy it everyday versus leaving it running overnight.

Do you have any pointers or resources you could share on this?
