Routing error after update to Alchemy 6 rc3

If I update my project and go to the homepage I get a Routing Error:

Alchemy::Page not found "/"

Any idea why or hint what to look for? With Alchemy 5.2.5 it works.
I'm on Rails 6.0.4 and I mount Alchemy on /, the last lines in my routes.rb are:

  mount Alchemy::Engine => '/'

  root to: redirect('/')

I probably found the reason... All my pages are not published, I think I missed to run the upgrade tasks.
