General error: 1 no such table: migrations

I'm using Github actions workflow to run tests for both Laravel package which is addon for Orchid.

Laravel 10 tests are passed but every 11 is failed with

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 no such table: migrations (Connection: testbench, SQL: select max("batch") as aggregate from "migrations")

I saw #247 with exact same error but I first of all it's 5 years old and second - I didn't quite understand what solution was taken at the end

Custom migrations I use within workbench dir is for testing relations purposes only (not a part of a package)

Github workflow file is pretty basic matrix for Laravel 10/11 and PHP 8.1/8.2/8.3

Edit: for Laravel 10 test case I'm using Testbench v8 and v9 for Laravel 11

Had to remove $this->loadLaravelMigrations(); line as orchid:install command runs migrate command
