How to deploy to weblogic 14c?

Hello, I'm trying to deploy OpenGrok 1.7.35 to Weblogic server 14.1.1, java version "11.0.15.1" and I'm getting the following error:

There are 1 nested errors:
weblogic.management.DeploymentException: User defined class org.opengrok.web.WebappListener is not a Listener, as it does not implement the correct interface(s).

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Not possible, Weblogic 14c doesn't support jakarta 9+
