Right now we support authentication method 3: Static DH Key x Static DH Key.

We should support more methods.

Background

According to the spec:

0. Signature Key x Signature Key
1. Signature Key x Static DH Key
2. Static DH Key x Signature Key
3. Static DH Key x Static DH Key

We also have a potential need for a (still under research) new PSK method (cc @ElsaLopez133).
