baresip: Use UCI instead of /etc/default

Hey Guys,

is there a speical reason why the baresip init script uses /etc/default/baresip instead of the openwrt usual UCI config in /etc/config/baresip ?
If not I would like to make a PR that changes that.

The new UCI default config could look like this:

config baresip main
 option enabled '0'
 option options ''

Hello Daniel,

there’s no specific reason other than limited maintainer resources, which is why we haven’t migrated baresip configuration to UCI yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
