Carthage support or Direct Framework Download

Hello, I'm using Opentok 2.17.1 Framework which can be directly downloaded from the below link.

We are using Carthage in the project and Opentok framework is directly added in project. As per available documents on the website only SPM and Cocoapods are available.
So can I get direct XCFramework or normal Framework? or can I get Carthage Support?
