QA in-app reports + other issues worked on

Malawi eregister has been reported to have some bugs in the in-app reports. Overtime, both the client and Ona has conducted some testing and some fixes has already been worked on.

Required:

• QA any fixes worked on overtime.
• QA the in-app reports for the indicators shared by the client.

Note!

1. Once assigned we can jump on a call to discuss the details of this testing.
2. In-app reports for this project was never 100% Qa'ed so we are working backwards in some of the areas.
