Back button in sick child form closes form (CHW app)

In the Boresha Afya CHW app, the back button closes the "sick child form" instead of returning to the previous screen to edit data. This does not appear to be the expected behavior. To replicate:

1. Select a family with a young child
2. Select young child
3. Select sick child form
4. Enter height, weight, child’s problem
5. At any point thereafter, pressing the back button (within the app or using Android back button) results in the “confirm form close” pop up rather than letting me go back to edit data

@msschroeder clarified that this form is not actively used by the client in the project.
