Description

Upgraded packages:

• k8s.io/api v0.31.1
• k8s.io/apimachinery v0.31.1
• k8s.io/client-go v0.31.1
• sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime v0.19.0
• prometheus-operator v0.76.2

This PR replaces:

• chore(deps): bump k8s.io/apimachinery from 0.29.3 to 0.31.1 #409
• chore(deps): bump github.com/prometheus-operator/prometheus-operator/pkg/apis/monitoring from 0.73.2 to 0.76.2 #407
• chore(deps): bump k8s.io/client-go from 0.29.3 to 0.31.1 #408
• chore(deps): bump sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime from 0.17.3 to 0.19.0 #340
