How do we know if something should go into this repository, .github, project-website, vs an individual repository?
Defining characteristic is this repository is for capturing project-wide tools and I see some issues that seems more about project-wide practices, such as the following issues
I think org-wide things should go to .github, project-website is the website (opensearch.org). This repo, project-meta, hasn't stuck as the shared place to put things, and probably not worth trying. I'd be happy to move some issues to .github.
