How to install logstash plugin

Hi I tried to install logstash plugin using the values file.
but it gives me the below error.

Config used:

opensearchCluster:

it says that the descriptor file is not found. What to do in this case do i have to unzip and rezip with descriptor file?
but how will it run the command specified here: HERE

Anyone if you have the knowledge on how to install the plugin, let me know.

No my use case was resolved without logstash
