[Enhancement] RPM update pid file localtion in tmpfiles.d setup

[/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/opensearch.conf:1] Line references path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/opensearch → /run/opensearch; please update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.

This has shown in new RH8/CentOS8/RockyLinux8, I think it is time for us to update this at some point.
The file is taken from OS and OSD core so would need to update it accordingly.

I have observed a lot of packages from official centos/fedora repo is referencing the legacy run pid folder. We can update this once we stop supporting RH/CentOS 7 and AL2.

See comment here as we probably can ignore these right now, due to pids are now created in /run anyway.
We can leave things as it be, or worst case just remove the tempfiles generation entirely.

So seems like both OS and OSD are providing tmpfiles conf, but none of them actually put it in /var/run due to its deprecation, but rather /run

OS has -p to redirect the pid file

or rather make an additional copy beside /run

OSD I have yet to see that tho.
