See comment here as we probably can ignore these right now, due to pids are now created in /run anyway. |
More: So seems like both OS and OSD are providing tmpfiles conf, but none of them actually put it in /var/run due to its deprecation, but rather /run OS has -p to redirect the pid file or rather make an additional copy beside /run OSD I have yet to see that tho. |
This has shown in new RH8/CentOS8/RockyLinux8, I think it is time for us to update this at some point.
The file is taken from OS and OSD core so would need to update it accordingly.
