Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The OSB build has disparate scripts for standalone, CI, Docker and other modes. This can lead to issues during release. The Docker build may need to be upgraded to use docker-compose 2.

The scripts need to be refactored to remove obsolete code paths.

Describe the solution you'd like

Build and integ tests scripts need to be unified.
