Problem
Currently, main branch doesn't have the latest changes done by data source and data source management plugin. Some of the changes were breaking changes w.r.t. index-management plugin which resulted in our main branch to be broken w.r.t. to user experience.

Solution
We need to integrate the latest changes to get MDS functionality working back again for index-management
