Looks like we depend on knn and neural search but they haven't been added as dependencies in our manifest aren't being built.

• What went wrong:

A problem occurred evaluating root project 'opensearch-flow-framework'.

Could not resolve all files for configuration ':zipArchive'.

Could not find org.opensearch.plugin:opensearch-knn:2.16.0.0.

Could not find org.opensearch.plugin:neural-search:2.16.0.0.
