[FEATURE] Handle Credentials in Global Context

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There are components that will need API keys / credentials as part of the configuration when constructing use cases, such as API keys for configuring and creating a connector to an external service like OpenAI, for example. These credentials will be a part of the use case template and will be stored in our global context.

What solution would you like?

We could encrypt these credentials like ml-commons does for connectors.
