[FEATURE] Add node timeout for the workflow steps

Currently, we have a default timeout for all the workflow steps

Coming from #245 (comment) we should have a specific timeout for all the workflow steps in workflow-steps.json.

What solution would you like?

Add specific timeout for the workflow steps and make sure to have 15s for Deploy model step. Rest can be 10s.

What alternatives have you considered?

Make the default timeout to 15s which is not a good option.
