[DOC] Opensearch 2.9 being installed when following 2.8 (current latest) Debian install doc #4618

Tell us about your request. Provide a summary of the request and all versions that are affected.
The Debian install docs for 2.8 (current latest) result in Opensearch 2.9 being installed. Which according to your Github Releases page, isn't even GA yet.

What other resources are available? Provide links to related issues, POCs, steps for testing, etc.

Hi @williamtrelawny - Thanks for reporting this! OpenSearch version 2.9 is releasing today, so there may have been a slight delay with syncing everything up. If you go to the documentation page now, you'll see that we've published the 2.9 content: https://opensearch.org/docs/latest
