Issue/s:

  • As there is currently no ‘archiving function’ for damage reports, all reports remain visible on the website, even if they are several months old. The reported damage has usually long since been repaired.
  • As the number of reports increases, the map / overview looks as if the city of Lucerne consists of nothing but damage. This gives a false impression.

Request:
We are therefore interested in ‘archiving’ damage reports (ideal case: this way the information is not lost), marking them so that they are no longer displayed or deleting them. This is not possible.

Possible Solution:

  • If a report is archived, marked or deleted, the reporter should not be informed of this.
  • The organisation admins (expert role) should be able to ‘archive’ the messages.
