The default timezone is set to UTC. It should be possible to change the system timezone from the Vagrantfile by setting an attribute.

Ubuntu 14.04 works with timezone-ii cookbook. On CentOS 7 the following issue appeared: L2G/timezone-ii#25

@agalue: I found something to fix your timezone issue. I got it working on CentOS 7 but has to be fixed in the timezone-ii cookbook.
