Update dashboards for Grafana Plugin v9 usage

All the dashboards we have here, were not updated to run on Grafana 10.

Only three boards left. The heatmap is not working properly. Wasn't able to fix this, yet.
Also, I don't have an APC to test the APC board.

@indigo423 I've updated the boards below on https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/. Also, I changed the logo file to the current Horizon logo. But I don't see this change anywhere on the page 🤷

@mmahacek If you think it is worth, you could also update APC-UPS-Stats. I don't know enough about the helm faults data source and some others that the board uses.

@mfuhrmann I don't have a Horizon instance that has data populated for the metrics used in the APC dashboard. This was based on (mostly) non-default data collection, so if there is someone that still wants that dashboard, it would be fairly trivial to recreate with their own data.
