Lack of constistency in borders #577

Every category in website have different style of borders, for example:

Docs has square borders (by the way weird borders...) in a different color than other categories,
Home has square borders (especially in the Updates & Features section),
Forum has borders in a different color than other categories,
etc.

Additionally:

Tables in Docs should have borders for better readability,
Docs and Servers have different styles of box inputs.
