Default Baskets should lead the user somewhere #894

Here someone not bothering about baskets has no idea what to press:

But in fact it's simple:

Do they need to collect data: create
Do they import data later: skip

Anyway, there should be a default choice. I suggest: "Create Baskets" (on e.g. next)...
