Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
Some universities want to be able to classify their videos/lives.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a taxonomy of tags that can be added on video objects.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The problem with tags when they are added manually is that we can not trust the quality of tagging. Consider adding tags automatically after running recognition on the content or format of the video. For example a working session in group versus a lecture. A video with children faces. etc. Such tagging would then be useful for content moderation by a DPO.

Discovery, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy
This feature may be useless until we have a standalone site with a search page.
