The current heading system is inconsistent: some titles are nouns, some others are +ing, some repeat “OpenFisca” while already in the OpenFisca documentation.

  • Remove all mentions of “OpenFisca” in headers.
  • Choose a system and apply it.
  • Document system in CONTRIBUTING.
