Add the copyright to required pages

We need to add the copyright tag to all pages that will need it. Personally I say all of the css and scss files should be exempt, while we're at it the same with the error pages. The only pages that should need it would be pages with actual content. We don't care if someone things our header looks cool and wants to copy how it's coded, we do however want to copyright our ideas on the home pages so all information pages (.html files in the /HTML directory) should be covered. If anyone has reasons to add more to that list, feel free to comment.

Another note, we should add any JS files we may add to the list of things we want to add the copyright to. Or at least any that have relevant content in them. For the most part I imagine they will just be using content that's already in an HTML page and re-factoring it somehow. Our JS pages shouldn't really have content.

Since we aren't using a CMS of any sort we don't have a templating system, there is a footer include in the INC folder though that can be added to any page using a virtual include which is what all of the content pages do. I'm thinking I may create a template.html that won't be on the server but will be there for copying over to create a new content page.

Hm. Why not switch to Jekyll then?

Took a quick look, looks like it's a basic templating system. I like it, you want to create an issue and start working on migrating to jekylll?
