Once the Transifex Github App integration proposal has been approved by the community (BTR WG), the proposal will be implemented.

• Determine list of repositories that require python translations and repositories that require javascript translations #608
• Update openedx-translations/.github/workflows/extract-translation-source-files.yml to include those repositories #610
• Update transifex.yml to include all the new translation source files #611
• Move old translation files from old Transifex project to new Transifex project #612

• Set up GitHub issue request form in openedx-translations that connects to the Translations WG slack channel #613
• Create an intermediate repos folder to better organize openedx-translations & update scripts and config files #614
• Add additional flags to openedx-atlas CLI tool to allow for specific commit and/or specific label selection #615

Other stuff
For each of the below steps, determine: 1) contingencies; 2) effort required (should they be separate child issues or based into the 4 main step issues? Multiple steps? If yes, then it probably makes sense to create a separate issue, groom it, and determine where it best fits in the workflow between 608 and 612)

• Add fork/third party extensions so the openedx-atlas CLI tool works for other repos too.
  • This is probably a documentation task detailing how site admins can copy the workflows and config files in openedx-translations, and create their own projects in transifex to support the translations of their own proprietary code.
• [Possible ADR] Add a standard CI translation file compilation linting check (that works in openedx-translations) to make sure the translation files are valid (current linting checks)
• [Possible ADR] Figure out how Open edX Releases will work: creating a new branch with files, creating a new project in Transifex to track that branch, making sure everything is uploaded/downloaded correctly. BTR will probably have a lot of feedback

The OEP-58 prototype needs to be implemented for every python based repo and expanded to cover javascript based (MFEs) repos.
