Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I have to wait 4 hours to see a quick starter fail.

Describe the solution you'd like
I wanna chose the order in which quickstaters are build, so the one I am testing is compiled first.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Cache implementation, run only my quickstater.

Additional context
It is already implemented. ;-)
