Currently the VS Code is built on top of the centos base image.
This task is to find if , UBI or RHEL based base image can be used for building a VS Code workbench images.

Investigation based on RHEL
Entitlement and subscription manager is needed.

Investigation based on UBI:
Based on investigation , found that code-server can be installed on the UBI9 base image.

we would be using ubi9 based code-servers.
