Improvement: allow preview render for case generation (just one view of the case with logo) #56

Iterating is very tedious when using only the case generator. A preview function - either web based for logo placement upfront or openscad based for validation would be helpful. Or maybe the part selection option could be similarly helpful in reducing build times.
